We brought Bryan on as a consultant to help us improve usability of our web sites. Bringing someone in from the "outside" has been very beneficial. He helped us see mistakes that we had overlooked. We are seeing improved results from his observations. Bryan has a great blend of skillsets that has help generate the results we were looking for. He is equally comfortable speaking to technical folks as he is with creative, sales, marketing, and end users. He helped distill the essence of what the site was all about and what our key conversion goals should be. Our site of over 60,000 pages will now be a few hundred highly targeted and effective pages. He was able to do this by taking "tons" of Omniture analytical data and create a picture of what was happening on our web sites. He identified where we were losing potential clients at various stages of our conversion funnel. His recommendations mapped the the business needs with the technology needs through blueprints and wire frames. Bryan added a sense of fun and adventure to the project. I recommend him highly.
